GerrityStone, one of New England’s largest and most technologically advanced fabricators, is looking for a Sales Manager to help us grow and support some of our most valued kitchen and bath, architect, designer, and contractor clients.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming sales calls and inquiries, providing expert guidance on granite, marble, quartz, and custom fabrication options.
Identify, qualify, and introduce new account leads, and work with the team Director to implement strategic growth plans for new business.
Maintain and grow current and new accounts through regular on-the-road visits, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities to better serve customers.
Act as the go-to touchpoint for designers, builders, and clients, offering consultative support from material selection through project completion.
Collaborate with and direct project managers and account representatives to deliver seamless service, including estimates, inventory tours, design visualizations, and workflow-process management.
Track sales metrics, meet revenue targets, and contribute to department strategy.
Represent GerrityStone at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the builder and designer network.

What You Bring

Qualifications

Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in countertop fabrication, stone materials, luxury home design, or a related building industry.
Strong relationship-building skills with designers, architects, builders, and contractors; B2B partnership experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and customer-service abilities, with a passion for fostering long-term relationships.
Ability to work independently on the road while reporting directly to the team Director; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
Familiarity with sales tools, CRM systems, and metrics such as lead conversion and account retention.
High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, design, or a related field preferred.
Three or more years of relevant sales experience; knowledge of stone-fabrication processes and materials is advantageous.
